Royal Wedding

I got up early today to watch the Royal Wedding in Southgate.  Mom called me her "little prince" all day.  Embarassingly, I had to wear a crown that Mommy made for me whilst she wore a tiara.  I even went to my first street party for the occasion---and saw lots of bunting to stare at!

My First Easter

The Easter Bunny didn't leave me any chocolate this year as Mommy says I'm not old enough yet for it.  But I did have fun playing with my Bunny and Lamb and Mom read me some of my new books.  It was also the first time that I got to see Daddy playing cricket!

An American and Two Aussies

This week, I went international.  I went over to Mill Hill to meet an American, Emily and an Australian, Verity. I got passed around and was a good boy.

A couple of days later, I got to meet another Australian when Davina came over to visit.  Talk about a strange accent!  It was a lovely day and we walked around Stanborough Lake.  I had got a new sun canopy just in time for my Bugaboo bee.  It protected me from not only the sun but also the white fluff that blew everywhere from the trees.

Liam at 5 weeks old

As Mom is on antibiotics this week, Dad took care of me loads.  We even made a trip to Oak Hill Park together.  The weather is getting warmer--they say 25 degrees this week, better get my summer clothes out (if only I fit into them!).

This is my new summer hat which my Daddy bought me this week.

Sunday in the Park at St. Albans

We just finished dropping Grandma off at the airport and despite being sad, wanted to make the most of the hot, sunny day.  Mommy and Daddy took me to a park in St. Albans.  There, they tried to give me a feed but I guess I was too upset to drink anything.  So, only after a few hours of Grandma leaving us, my schedule was all a mess!

Grandma's Last Day!

I'm very sad today to see Grandma go!  She's been here ever since I can remember---ever since I was born.  I don't know what I will do without her...wonder who is going to wake me up for my 3am feed!

1 Month Old!

Things I can do:  follow objects with my eyes, suck on fingers, blow bubbles, pout.

Funny noices I made:  Nicknamed "Squeaker"--lots of noises when feeding.  I also make strange sounds which wakes up Daddy at night.

I cry when...I'm not being held by anyone or when I'm put down to sleep.

Funny things I do:  I love staring and making my eyes pop when I'm looking at things on the wall/ceiling or at faces.

How I've been sleeping:  not very well duing the day---I hardly sleep at all until midnight-7am!

Mother's Day

I helped Mom celebrate her first Mother's Day.  Daddy and I tried to make her breakfast in bed, but she came downstairs before we could finish making it.  I surprised her with a lovely gift, again with Daddy's help--a special mug with message from me on it!

This was also a special day for Mommy as her Mom--Grandma was here visiting as well!

I also made my first trip to Southgate.  I had an amazing time visiting my Nana and Papa and Uncle Jamie.  I was awake most of the afternoon and kept everyone entertained with my silly faces.

I loved Nana's nails!
